Google Cloud Space at its Sunnyvale headquarters
It’s designed to be a center of imagination and education: inspiring and empowering visitors to dream up disruptive new innovations and solutions with Google Cloud technologies.
The previous exhibits, while fun and interactive, lacked compelling customer stories and strong product demonstrations. The client team wanted to create rich “ah-ha” moments that lead to epiphanies for their customers, proving that Google Cloud is indeed ready for enterprise.

Together with QuantumXPR, our mission was to create a set of experiences that showcase Google Cloud’s enterprise solutions and vision (and magic!) in tangible, intelligent, and insightful ways — helping clients solve key challenges today, while also embarking on truly transformative innovation programs for tomorrow. The Ghost creative team was tasked with experiential design from top-to-bottom, aesthetics to UX/UI.
Approach
Google Cloud positions many of its solutions through the lens of industry verticals. We accelerated this approach with industry-focused physical vignettes using 100% Google Cloud solutions that tell compelling category stories, drive new conversations, and inspire exciting breakthroughs and partnership opportunities.
Health Care
Together with QuantumXPR, our mission was to create a set of experiences that showcase Google Cloud’s enterprise solutions and vision (and magic!) in tangible, intelligent, and insightful ways — helping clients solve key challenges today, while also embarking on truly transformative innovation programs for tomorrow. The Ghost creative team was tasked with experiential design from top-to-bottom, aesthetics to UX/UI.
Retail
We designed a fully-functioning intelligent retail store to showcase how Google Cloud super-charges omnichannel and customer personalization tools, making the retail customer experience as smooth as possible. RFID and NFC enable frictionless transactions, while back-office products like Vision AI power demand forecasting and store optimization, making staff and management smarter about day-to-day merchandising decisions.
Supply Chain
Supply chain visibility, flexibility, and intelligence are front-and-center in this innovative concept, which puts advanced Google Cloud machine learning and predictive analytics tools into action to streamline logistics, optimize demand forecasting and dynamically adjust business operations.
Manufacturing
To illuminate the advanced AI/ML technologies that power Google Cloud’s connected factory, production line, and smart manufacturing capabilities, we developed a demonstration of robotics, object recognition, automation and machine learning that engagingly and delightfully brings these solutions to life.
Financial Services
We concepted and developed a novel “above-and-below-the-glass” experience to present the breadth of Google Cloud financial solutions, including 360 customer intelligence, AI-powered home buying, and secure-by-design infrastructure.
Sustainability
No major company does more to support and protect the environment than Google. To highlight these efforts, we designed a working solar panel and wind turbine concept, framed Google Cloud’s region selector, which sorts data centers by renewable energy usage, and created a global sustainability project exploration map.
Inflection Points
Google has accomplished a lot since its inception in 1995. Our interactive, large-format Unity-based timeline highlights key themes in Google’s history, ranging from game-changing breakthroughs in AI to world-changing advances in subsea cable technology. Customers get in on the game, as well, with custom data points in their history added each day.
